Belated Mother's Day

This year we held off on celebrating Mother’s Day this until May 27th. My sister, who’s from Oregon, was visiting May 23-27th, so it was only fitting that we wait for her to celebrate. There was quite a bit of planning that went into this, including but not limited to homemade decorations and menu development. It was really fun to decorate and cook with everyone, it has been a very long time since we were all together and doing this.  It was wonderful being with family, sharing good food, and making long-lasting memories.
